International Party Eggs

My personal favorite, the Japanese Egg combines the spiciness of wasabi with the gentleness of sesame and nori. The yolk is a mix of wasabi-mayo, shoyu, sesame oil, garlic and generous ginger. Topped with gomasio sprinkle (sesame seeds), nori, shiso and bonito flakes. When available, edamame (soy bean) completes this far eastern egg.
