Are the eggs organic and cage-free?
Yes, the eggs are 100% organic, grass-fed, cage-free, no-antibiotic, farm fresh brown eggs. They are hard-cooked in filtered water.

Why don't I see [insert country here]?
While I would love to represent all 192 countries of the United Nations, that would be impossible so we have picked countries with memorable cuisine. If you have any suggestions or requests, kindly email them to citizenegg @ partyeggs.com.

Aren't eggs high in cholesterol?
Yes, they are. That is why I recommend no more than 3-4 deviled eggs per guest (which is 1-2 whole eggs).

What are the ingredients in each egg?

Are the eggs vegetarian?
For the most part, the eggs are vegetarian. Some country's condiments are best defined by their fish and seafood, so to be authentic, I needed to incorporate some friends from the animal kingdom.

Are the eggs vegan?
Be definition, the eggs cannot be vegan. I would eventually like to develop a vegan deviled egg, but for now it's not possible.
